Something to look forward to.


Following permission from Kilsby Parish Council the Kilsby Garden and Produce Association hold an annual plant sale on Devon Ox Green , Barby Road on the second Saturday in May.
This year the sale is on May 12th at 10.30am and usually lasts about a hour and half and where members of the Garden Association can sell any specially grown or surplus plants, seedlings or garden related material and can keep the proceeds to offset there own gardening overheads.
Individuals set up stalls and residents and passing visitors are warmly welcomed to purchase the goods at extremely competitive prices.

We are organising a trip on Saturday June 2nd to Cowper and Newton Museum in Olney, and then onto Claydon House, a National Trust property. We will leave from Kilsby by coach and return late afternoon. The cost of the coach will be £15 per person and you pay individually for entrance to the two venues. The Cowper and Newton museum costs £6 for both house and gardens, and £2.50 for gardens only. Claydon House gardens costs £6 for non National Trust members, £5 for members but if you buy the May edition of Gardeners' World magazine, it is included in their 2 for 1 offer.  You can bring your own lunch or make use of the facilities at the venues.
