a) DA/2009/0678. Addition of first floor to existing bungalow, single storey rear extension and pitched roof to existing garage. 9 Watling Street, Kilsby, Northamptonshire CV23 8YE. No observations.

The A361 (p44) improvements are planned. DDC do not want to sort out the problems on the A361, this will make it busier.

(p27) Priority sectors for Employment is a wish list with no real policy for attracting employment.

57 Plans and Evidence documents makes consultation very confusing.

(p 22) Affordable Housing has no commitment on sites of 50 or more houses to provide affordable housing. This is worrying as there is no firm commitment for social housing on larger developments.

(p28) Concerned with DIRFT. DDC are actively promoting the site for more development.

(p41) The housing to jobs ratio. There are 8200 dwellings and 2480 jobs. This is a shortfall.

c) DA/2009/0689 Removal of Condition 8 of planning permission DA/2005/0888 to allow unrestricted occupancy of the approved unit. Wharf Farm, Kilsby Lane, Kilsby, Northamptonshire. CV21 4PN. Concerns were raised over potential increase in HGV traffic travelling for access purposes. The Parish Council wants a proper traffic plan implemented so that HGVs do not access the village.

d) DA/2009/0688 Single Storey rear extension. Grafton House, 4 Rugby Road, Kilsby. Northamptonshire CV23 8XX. No observations.
