d) The Clerk reported that the Bank of Ireland Account has now been closed.

c) Consideration of Pre-Budget and finalisation of budget figures.

8.  Planning

a)  APPLICATIONS

i) DA/2009/0801 Construction of a building for use for B2 and /or B8 purposes with ancillary offices, parking areas and landscaping together with creation of new vehiclar access. (Revision to building approved under DA/2009/0166 to include 5% increase in floor area)  Butchers Pet Care Ltd, Dockham Way, Crick.

ii) DA/2009/0731 Construction of Windfarm, comprising 8 wind turbine generators up to 125m high, access tracks including access off public highways, a control and a maintenance building, crane hard-standings, cable trenches, anemometer mast up to 80m high (for a period of 25 years) and a temporary construction compound. Lilborne Fields Farm & Lilborne Lodge Farm, Yelvertoft.  Paperwork is very bulky and heavy. Please contact John Lathan to see it prior to the meeting.

b)  APPROVALS or REFUSALS

i) DA/2009/0688 Grafton House, 4 Rugby Road, Kilsby. Single Storey rear ext’n. Granted.

ii) DA/2009/0678 9 Watling Street. Addition of 1st Floor to existing Bungalow. Granted.

iii) DA/2009/0689 Removal of Condition 8 of planning permission DA/2005/0888 to allow unrestricted occupancy of the approved unit.  Permission granted.

iv) DA/2009/0699 31 Hall Close. REFUSAL of consent to carry out tree works.

v) DA/2009/0700  3 Leemoor, Rugby Road.  CONSENT granted to carry out tree works.

c) OTHER MATTERS

i) DDC Sustainable Strategy. Summary by Cllr M Cahill. (attached) Response required.
