a) Discussion on Right to Speak – 3 minute rule proposed by Councillor Smedley.

a) DA/2009/ 0620 Land Adj to Watford Lodge Farm, West Haddon, Watford. Supplementary Environmental Information in connection with the Environmental Statement has been received.

2. APPROVALS or REFUSALS

a)DA/2010/0444 Remove hedge and replace with 1.8m high brick wall. Pytchley House, 14 Main Rd. Permission granted19 August 2010.

b) DA/2010/0479 Construction of detached dwelling (revised scheme) Land to the rear of 22, Rugby Road, Kilsby. Granted 21 July 2010.

c) DA/2010/0474 Rose Cottage, 5 Independent Street, Kilsby. Demolition of existing garage. Construction of two storey rear extension and replacement garage. Granted.

3. Decisions Awaited:

a) Planning Appeal APP/Y2810/A/10/2120332/NWF Yelvertoft Windfarm Land adjacent Glebe Farm, Hillmorton Lane, Yelvertoft. Planning Appeal decision awaited.

b) DA/2010/0400 Windfarm to the NW of Winwick. Environmental Impact Assessment received.
